CARDIOLOGIST

Our three cardiologists are all specialists in cardiovascular disease. They diagnose, treat, and provide follow-up care for conditions such as angina, heart rhythm disorders, valvular heart disease, heart failure, and high blood pressure in patients aged 18 and older. Echocardiography, exercise stress tests with ECG, and long-term ECG monitoring are examples of the examinations they perform at the clinic.

Cardiologists Andreas Borsiin, Agneta Johansson, and Martin Keskitalo each hold an agreement with the regional health authority, meaning standard regional rates and high-cost protection (free-care cards) apply. Visits can also be arranged through insurance providers or on a private basis—for instance, for medical certificates.

DERMATOLOGIST

You can consult our dermatologist, Anna Dapefrid, for assistance with the diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions or diseases, or for a general full-body skin check. Common reasons for consultation include skin lesions, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, itching, hair loss, and lichen, among others. Surgical removal of skin tumors and other skin lesions is also performed by her in our operating room.

Dermatologist Anna Dapefrid accepts patients on a private-pay basis as well as through insurance-funded care.

ORTOPEDIST

Our orthopedist, Mats Angerud, has extensive and broad experience in the field of orthopedics. He evaluates and treats muscle and joint conditions, such as sports-related injuries, osteoarthritis, knee and hip pain, neck and back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, hallux valgus, tennis elbow, shoulder problems, and more.

Orthopedist Mats Angerud accepts patients on a private-pay basis or through insurance-funded care.

GENERAL PRACTICIONERS

Our three general practitioners are specialists in general medicine, meaning they possess broad and solid expertise regarding conditions common in the general population. You can consult them for a wide range of illnesses or symptoms; they investigate, diagnose, and treat conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, infections, pain, and mental health issues like stress, anxiety, deprassion. One of the general practitioners also provides outpatient gynecological care.

General practitioners Thomas Schimke, Katarzyna Chmiel-Wojcicka, and Josette Troon all have agreements with the region, so regional fee rates and high-cost protection (frikort) apply. Visits can also be arranged through insurance providers or on a private basis - for instance, for medical certificates.

GYNECOLOGIST

In addition to being an experienced outpatient gynecologist, Åsa Lindholm is the physician responsible for all vaccinations at our clinic. Her work in gynecology covers two main areas:

Private consultations regarding fertility, early pregnancy ultrasound, and NIPT (prenatal screening). General gynecology, addressing the full spectrum of gynecological issues for patients referred through insurance providers. 

UROLOGIST

Our urologist, Jonatan Palmgren, evaluates and treats conditions affecting the urinary tract in both women and men - such as urinary difficulties and pain problems. Prostate-related issues are a common reason for seeking care.

The field of urology also encompasses various genital conditions in men such as phimosis, sores, and scrotal swelling, as well as aspects of male sexual health, including impotence, testosterone deficiency, and male reproductive health. A range of urological procedures will be offered, such as vasectomies.

Urologist Jonatan Palmgren accepts patients on a private-pay basis or through insurance-funded care.

SURGEON

You can consult our general surgeons for the assessment and treatment of various types of abdominal pain, hernia-related issues, and rectal problems such as hemorrhoids, anal itching, and pain conditions. They also offer a range of surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia.

Two surgeons will be working with us on a part-time basis: Roger Fogelkvist, who operates under a regional agreement, and Jonatan Palmgren, who sees patients on a private pay- basis or through insurance-funded care.

VACCINATIONS

At the clinic, we offer drop-in vaccinations during scheduled weekday hours. Our specially trained nurses, Lena and Lina, provide expert care for those needing vaccinations and offer a wide range of vaccines, including travel vaccines.

HEALT CHECK UP / CERTIFICATES

It will also be possible to book appointments at private rates for health check-ups/ screenings and for certain types of certificates, such as driver's license medical certificates. More information to follow!
